We price our hair according to quality and not according to other sellers. 

We do appreciate that things can go wrong from time to time and thats why we have a team that will attend to any issues that may arise quickly and efficiently. 

We offer a 30 day refund and exchange policy as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We will personally check every order but we appreciate sometimes things can go wrong.

Any damaged products may be returned directly to us within 30 days from the order date for an

exchange or refund. Please message us for more details.
