Shipping and Returns

Shipping

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided before confirming your order as we can only ship to the address that is provided. Admyhair will not be held responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address.

Processing Times:

Once your order has been paid it will take one business day to process for all next day deliveries. All other orders will be processed within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Shipping will be done Monday  - Friday and all weekend orders will be processed on the next business day excluding bank holidays.

Your order, once processed, will be shipped by Royal Mail and sent Signed delivery unless next day, where it will be sent Special Delivery. Every order will get a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing warehouse.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping:

Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and can take up to 15 days to be delivered. 

For a faster service, please choose DHL as your express delivery option. 

Missing Packages:

Admyhair will not be held responsible for any missing packages that have a confirmed delivery to the shipping address entered. we will however provide all necessary information to help you locate your package.  

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well a the redelivery cost. 

 

Return , Exchange And Refund

At Admyhair, we price our hair according to quality and not according to other sellers. We will make it our mission to provide you with the best quality hair at all times.

We do appreciate that things can go wrong from time to time and that's why we have a team that will attend to any issues that may arise quickly and efficiently. 

We offer a 30-day refund and exchange policy as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

To start the return process, buyers must complete the Contact us form via our website Stating the reason for return. All Shipping fees will be at the cost of the buyer. Once the item has been received and checked we must be satisfied that the product has not been used and then your refund will be processed within14 days.
